Synthesis wasn’t just another productivity tool. It was built around a higher-level idea: helping teams capture and synthesize ideas in a way that felt natural, fluid, and deep. But the brand and website at the time didn’t communicate that sense of calm, clarity, or conceptual richness.

Our work started with the brand’s core identity. We designed a visual system inspired by underwater imagery—depth, layers, soft motion—to reflect the product’s focus on thoughtfulness and mental flow. Colors shifted gently, layouts were airy, and typography created rhythm without noise. Every choice was made to reduce tension and increase focus.

For the site, we turned to no-code tools to give the team full flexibility while maintaining design consistency. Components were modular but meaningful, helping Synthesis launch quickly while maintaining a premium feel. The content and structure were reworked to reflect the product’s unique value: not speed or output, but depth and clarity.

The end result was a brand and experience that invited curiosity—one that helped Synthesis attract early adopters who resonated with the mindset behind the product.
