Legacy Platform Integration

Quanta Cloud’s platform was built for precision. It allowed users to define exactly what they wanted to track, when, and how—down to writing raw SQL logic for webhooks and automation. But the challenge was clear: while the backend was powerful, the frontend experience felt technical and intimidating to most users. Our goal at Method was to bridge that gap without dumbing down the product.

We kicked off with deep product immersion, mapping out user flows and identifying key friction points in the setup and editing experience. What we found was a disconnect between how powerful the tool was and how approachable it felt. Small interface decisions—button placements, modal logic, form structure—were making the product feel more complex than it needed to be.

We redesigned the interface from the ground up, placing particular emphasis on visual structure, guidance, and contextual help. Syntax-aware code fields were paired with explanatory tooltips. User flows were flattened and streamlined. A fresh, cloud-themed aesthetic tied everything together visually, reinforcing the feeling that this was a modern, intuitive tool—not a legacy dev interface.

The final product felt like a transformation. Advanced users retained all their flexibility, but newer users no longer felt like they were in over their heads. Quanta’s new design allowed it to broaden its appeal and better position itself for enterprise-scale growth—without ever compromising on its power.
